<description>I have been baking special order gourmet desserts and wedding cakes since 1992, and began baking gluten-free desserts last summer. With many friends who are gluten-intolerant, I accepted the challenge of making desserts that are gluten-free but don&#039;t taste like a substitute. It has been my aim to provide desserts that satisfy the cravings and are enjoyed by those who are gluten-intolerant as well as those who are not.

It has been a great adventure--with a great deal to learn! We are making a lot of products that are also dairy-free and sugar-free for those who have food allergies to those as well. Here is our website: www.suspiciouslydelicious.net or www.icantbelieveitsnotgluten.com

Thank you for what you are doing. Have a blessed day!

<description>Hi! I was happy to find your site and wanted to let you know I just opened a Gluten Free restaurant in Nashville, well actually it&#039;s a take out place (because I don&#039;t have a public restroom) but everything on our menu is Gluten free. We do have regular bread which we bring in, but we bake our own gluten free bread daily. We also just started selling our fresh breads by the loaf for special order. All of our soups are homemade, our lunch meats are all natural and free of msg, nitrates, hormones, steroids etc. We offer really fresh food and I do have 3 small tables where people like to eat or it can be prepared for takeout.

Everyone loves our food so far, we have been open 3 weeks. Our cookies are amazing especially our Peanut Butter and our Coconut, white chocolate and macadamia nut!

I was diagnosed about 1 1/2 years ago and it has been life chaging so I opened my own place where I can eat whatever I want:)

We are located on Franklin Road in Nashville across from the Jaguar, Porsche Audi dealership. We are open Monday-Friday from 11-4.

Thanks and hope to see you soon.
