My husband and I were on vacation from Connecticut and before we left we printed out a list of G-free places for me. I was surprised and thrilled to see so many G-free places in Nashville. YAHOO!! We went to Aprils twice while on vacation. I LOVED IT !!! April is very knowledgeable about Gluten and Vegan. April is G-free herself so she knows how it works.
There is no chance of cross contamination in her kitchen because their are no other foods allowed in there, she also has a sign posted on her door no one allowed. While we were there the UPS man came and she met him outside her door. My husband and I had some muffins, I think one of every flavor.
They were soo....good!!! My husband who is not G-free had some G-free
flavored coffee which I tasted and it was great! We took some muffins home with us and I matched one up to a regular muffin tin, Aprils would not fit in a reg muffin tin that's how big they are and they do not fall apart when you eat them. This experience worked out great for me beacuse I can not have dairy either. I have not had a muffin in over a year and this was worth the wait!
