Gojo Ethiopian Restaurant… mmmmm

So, for the first time last night I had Ethiopian food. We ate at Gojo at 415 W. Thompson Lane in Nashville. I have to say it was great. The staff was great and very helpful with my gluten issue. Their injera bread is made with teff (which is gluten free) but they do mix it so stay away. The meats are great though and they were able to suggest things that I could have and made sure mine was separated from the other folks I was eating with. I highly recommend them!

    I’ve just recently been diagnosed and love to eat out at restaurants featuring non European cuisine. Gojo has been a favorite of ours. I am not sure I understand the issue with the injera here. Would you explain?
